About

We were formed in 2008, with our mission to create artisan preserves, jams and chutney, made as much as possible from home grown and locally sourced produce. Apart from growing a lot of our own produce in season, we also exchange and receive from other allotment and local small business sources.

 

We are not a franchise, with every jar being cooked by myself at home in small batches. It is important to maintain a connection between the grower and producer on a local level. Also, we make soups to order and preserves in large caterpales. Everything is made by me, the producer, so no re-sale.

 

You can find us at selected Farmers’ Markets, Food Markets and Agricultural Shows. I always welcome discourse with customers and am happy to answer any questions you may have.
